Letter of the Launching of the First Campaign of IOC Movement.

"To Promote Traditional Latin Mass in Sabah and Sarawak (Borneo)."
Instaurare Omnia in Christo(IOC) Movement
26th June, 2013.

Peace and Mercy,

Brothers and sisters.

Today is 26th of June 2013 is a day for the Launching of the First Campaign initiated by Instaurare Omnia in Christo(IOC) Movement. IOC therefore, call forth every Catholics in this region; Sabah and Sarawak, in the Island called Borneo, to join us IOC in our First Campaign:

"To Promote Traditional Latin Mass in Sabah and Sarawak (Borneo)."

We, the IOC, ought to love and really want to have Traditional Latin Mass or Tridentine Mass in each parishes and in each local Dioceses in this Borneo Island(Narrow: Sabah and Sarawak).

On top of that, Traditional Latin Mass or Tridentine Mass should be widely acceptable and available in each parishes and local Dioceses when the faithful is asking for this Traditional Latin Mass according to Motu Proprio "Summorum Pontificum":

[ Celebrations of Mass as mentioned above in art. 2 may - observing all the norms of law - also be attended by faithful who, of their own free will, ask to be admitted.

In parishes, where there is a stable group of faithful who adhere to the earlier liturgical tradition, the pastor should willingly accept their requests to celebrate the Mass according to the rite of the Roman Missal published in 1962, and ensure that the welfare of these faithful harmonises with the ordinary pastoral care of the parish, under the guidance of the bishop in accordance with canon 392, avoiding discord and favouring the unity of the whole Church.]
~Summorum Pontificum Art. 4. and Art. 5. § 1

To those Catholics that still do not know anything about Traditional Latin Mass or Tridentine Mass, and also for those who is willing to know more about Traditional Latin Mass or Tridentine should be able to understand that:

[The Roman Missal promulgated by Paul VI is the ordinary expression of the 'Lex orandi' (Law of prayer) of the Catholic Church of the Latin rite. Nonetheless, the Roman Missal promulgated by St. Pius V and reissued by Bl. John XXIII is to be considered as an extraordinary expression of that same 'Lex orandi,' and must be given due honour for its venerable and ancient usage. These two expressions of the Church's Lex orandi will in no any way lead to a division in the Church's 'Lex credendi' (Law of belief). They are, in fact two usages of the one Roman rite
....

In Masses celebrated without the people, each Catholic priest of the Latin rite, whether secular or regular, may use the Roman Missal published by Bl. Pope John XXIII in 1962, or the Roman Missal promulgated by Pope Paul VI in 1970, and may do so on any day with the exception of the Easter Triduum. For such celebrations, with either one Missal or the other, the priest has no need for permission from the Apostolic See or from his Ordinary.]
~Summorum Pontificum Art.1 and Art 2

We could trace the uses of Traditional Latin Mass as far as 1570 Edition of Roman Missal where its use is made obligatory throughout the Latin Rite of the Catholic Church in the Highest Decree of Papal Bull "Quo Primum", issued by Pope St. Pius V.In the Papal Bull, Pope Pius V declared:

[Furthermore, by these presents [this law], in virtue of Our Apostolic authority, We grant and concede in perpetuity that, for the chanting or reading of the Mass in any church whatsoever, this Missal is hereafter to be followed absolutely, without any scruple of conscience or fear of incurring any penalty, judgment, or censure, and may freely and lawfully be used. Nor are superiors, administrators, canons, chaplains, and other secular priests, or religious, of whatever title designated, obliged to celebrate the Mass otherwise than as enjoined by Us. We likewise declare and ordain that no one whosoever is forced or coerced to alter this Missal, and that this present document cannot be revoked or modified, but remain always valid and retain its full force notwithstanding the previous constitutions and decrees of the Holy See, as well as any general or special constitutions or edicts of provincial or synodal councils, and notwithstanding the practice and custom of the aforesaid churches, established by long and immemorial prescription - except, however, if more than two hundred years' standing.]
~Quo Primum P.7

Therefore,

As the Supervisor of IOC Movement; on behalf of all IOC members and every Catholics out there that will love and want to have Traditional Latin Mass in their local Diocese and local parish, I would like to launch this First Campaign: "To Promote Traditional Latin Mass in Sabah and Sarawak (Borneo)" today on 26th of June 2013, and will take effect starting 29th of June 2013; right on the celebration of the Solemn Feast of St.Peter and St.Paul.

Would you like to become Co-Supervisor? Meanwhile, in the future to come, if the IOC became no more as Virtual Organization, we will have the Chairman or President.

-IOC is free Movement where it is a side initiative of those people of God; Catholics. This IOC is non-partisan movement and non-recognized ecclesial movement. However, we would like the faithful to see in a view where IOC is in her first/initial stage, where she is still 'barren'.

Yes, this is from the Catholic Church's Call herself. We must identify between local ecclesiastical jurisdiction and Universal ecclesiastical jurisdiction.
