Decree regarding August-September 2013 Meeting@Online of Instaurare
Omnia in Christo(IOC) Movement Administrators Board.

Instaurare Omnia in Christo(IOC) Movement.
Hesed(Mercy) we(and) shalom(Peace),
In memory of holy martyrs who shed their bloods for sake of our Lord Jesus Christ and His Catholic Church...
Based on the Agenda of the previous Meeting@Online after we have discussed, voted and planned to reform the IOC Movement to move to the deeper(Duc in Altum), thus, we decree today on behalf of all Catholics in Sabah and Sarawak; be it that they joined us or not, and the whole members of IOC Movement:
i) Restructuring of IOC Movement Administrators Board.
ii) Official Format and Uniformity of Official Documents in Legislation, Jurisdiction, Authority and Public Letter.
iii) Journalism of this Virtual Organization.
iv) Creation of the honorable title of "Esquire of IOC Movement".
Regarding the Restructuring of the nature of governing of this Virtual Organization, we established:
i) Department of Law.
ii) Department of Vocation and Devotion.
iii) Department of Special Holy Mission.
iv) Department of Inquisition.
Therefore,
Department of Law will administrate on Article I(Organization Structure): "Restructuring of IOC Movement Administrators Board" and Article II(Documentation and Privileges): "Official Format and Uniformity of Official Documents in Legislation, Jurisdiction, Authority and Public Letter."
Department of Special Holy Mission and Department of Inquisition will administrate on Article III(Security and Media): "Journalism of this Virtual Organization".
Department of Vocation and Devotion will administrate on Article IV(Membership and Titles): "Creation of the honorable title of "Esquire of IOC Movement" ".
Thus,
We hope that Office of Supervisor will work together with Administrator Board of IOC Movement.
Dear members of Administrators Board of IOC Movement, we entrust responsibilities, zealousness towards our Catholic Faith, and hopefully there is no negligence of duty during your administration.
If there is anyone of you involves in some other organization be it Non-Governmental Organization, political parties, or any activities that is highly political, IOC Movement claimed that we did not have anything to do with that activities, agenda and motion.
Once again, we remind all of you to be honest and sincere in your duties and dignity as the Members of Administrators Board of IOC Movement for your contribution and ideas could shape the Future of Catholics in Sabah and Sarawak. For we believe that a single person could influence hundreds or thousands or even millions of people out there. Be a good human and Catholics, be faithful and do not stray yourselves from the One True Faith; Catholic Faith.

This Decree;
Will took effect starting today on 2nd of August 2014, on this auspicious day of the Feast of Saint Alphonsus Maria de' Liguori; Doctor of the Church, Bishop of the Catholic Church, patron saint of confessors, spiritual writer, scholastic philosopher and theologian.

Mount Singai has been declared by the IOC Movement as the "Roman Catholicism and Traditional Latin Mass Heritage Site"
