Brothers and sisters,

It is a remarkable journey for all of us to still in this Virtual Organization until this end of the Year 2014.
Today on 31st December, 2014, we; the IOC Movement of Sabah Sarawak Borneo Catholic, shall dedicate ourselves into intense prayers and more fervent humility to renew ourselves and to let go all things that is bad and not benefiting for our Association of the Faithful as a Catholic Movement.

Therefore,
Joining the whole holy people of God and Our Lord Jesus Christ Only Church; the Catholic Church, all the angels and saints, all the martyrs and Fathers of Faith of Old Laws, and every soul in purgatory, we as the IOC Movement-SSBC members should ask ourselves to pray Te Deum for End of Year 2014; furthermore I ask of you all here to invite all non-members of this Organization to pray with us.

Thus,
We give thanks to God the Most Gracious and the Most Faithful who has came and lowered Himself incarnated in the Lord Jesus Christ, to come to unworthy us. We are grateful for this whole Year 2014 be it sweet and painstaking milestone of our life in Christ our Good Lord.
Traditional Latin Mass still have a long way to go for its full restoration, it has been renewed in our Letter on Christmas 2014 Greeting, and it will still be our main Cause.

Be prepared my brothers and sisters in Christ, be prepared especially to all Catholic Family and Catholic Holy Matrimony(Newly wed for few months or few years only).

Why do we celebrating Christmas 2014 and previous years, and yet we still have more Christmas to celebrate in the future and the nearest to us will be incoming Christmas 2015?

It is because we are waiting for His Second Coming to separate and Judge all soul; those who is good will be of His own and those who is evil will be thrown to the fires of Hell(Sheol), and that is in a manner that we celebrate Christmas; the anniversary of His First Coming. That is why when our preparation for His First Coming is crooked such like every past Christmas before this including the Christmas 2014, we are also will not being prepared for His Second Coming.

Why should the Lord God to welcome those who is not ready to come to the Feast of Wedding Banquet? If we are refusing to enter into the True Faith in Catholic Church in order to properly waiting for the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ for His Heavenly Banquet, then those who is so hostile will be destroyed by Him and also for those who has came to His Holy Catholic Church be it starting from the time they was a baby or adulthood but eventually apostate against the Lord God, he too will be:

[ And the king went in to see the guests: and he saw there a man who had not on a wedding garment. And he saith to him: Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? But he was silent.  Then the king said to the waiters: Bind his hands and feet, and cast him into the exterior darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. For many are called, but few are chosen. Then the Pharisees going, consulted among themselves how to insnare him in his speech. ]

In conclusion,
Let go all things that make us not preparing for the Heavenly Banquet and throw away all things that is filthy and yet wicked in the eyes of the Master of this Heavenly Banquet for our Lord Jesus Christ is the spouse of His Only Bride; the Catholic Church. Let us put an end for our rebellious sins and inaction during this Year 2014, we leave them all and it is the end as it is also the End for this Year 2014; in order for us to be renewed and turn to the new life in the next Year 2015.

Brothers and sisters.

Today on December 20th 2014, 18 months since IOC Movement-SSBC is founded on June 20th 2013 as a group of people gathered through social media and then since June 29th 2013, she has been; most probably, the first Catholic Virtual Organization in this world.

Brothers and sisters,
During this Christmas 2014, we would like to give a message to the whole world especially to all of Catholic all around the world, that our Traditional Latin Mass community in Sabah and Sarawak from Borneo are praying for the restoration of our Catholic Church especially on her Sacred Liturgy in Traditional Latin Mass.

We really hope that we will bring Hope of God to all His holy people in Sabah and Sarawak in Borneo, so that they would love the Lord Jesus Christ and His Only One Holy Church; the Catholic Church, especially in this Mass of All Ages.

In here, right on the very letter that we would like to express our dedication of obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ and His Holy Laws, that His holy people might be united in only One true Church that He has given us as the bark of Salvation; which is the only one Catholic Church.

"...And the glory which thou hast given me, I have given to them; that they may be one, as we also are one:  I in them, and thou in me; that they may be made perfect in one: and the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast also loved me."

Therefore,
Traditional Latin Mass will be the same and always will be the root of Catholic Church in Borneo since its first celebration were prayed and sacrificed by the first Catholic Holy Missionaries (St Joseph’s Society of Foreign Missions or Mill Hill Missionaries) that has came to evangelize in Borneo for Borneo Mission:

Started by Monsignor Don Carlos Cuarteron (1857-1879), Borneo was properly recognized as a mission when the Congregation of the Propagation of the Faith (Propaganda Fide) set up the Prefecture Apostolic of Labuan and Borneo on 4 September 1855. The first Prefect Apostolic was Msgr Don Carlos Cuarteron, then by Fr Thomas Jackson (1881-1895); on 5 July 1885 in Kuching and in Sandakan on 5 Nov 1892, and then continued by countless Catholic Holy Missionaries that first landed and celebrated Traditional Latin Mass during the reign of His Holiness Pope Leo XIII.

It is an evidences that with all of the deep rooted in Catholic Church History in Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei in Borneo, we hope that Traditional Latin Mass to be restored to connect all young generation of Catholic to re-treasure and seeking the meaning of the Catholic Faith in them.
By restoring Traditional Latin Mass the Mass of All Ages, it is also the hope of His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI in Summorum Pontificum on 2007 so that the Traditional Latin Mass in the Extraordinary Form (Roman Missal Typical Editon 1962 promulgated by Pope St.John XXIII) to be promoted and to be used widespread in every Dioceses in the whole world including Sabah and Sarawak Catholic Dioceses.

Ordained as one of the usage of Roman Rite by Pope St.Pius V in 1570, Traditional Latin Mass is made in perpetuity could be celebrated for all ages without fear by all Catholic priesthood of all ranks and Offices.

Thus,
IOC Movement-SSBC would like to renew our responsibility and desire in our Cause while we are waiting for God who has incarnated in the Lord Jesus Christ; true God and true Man, in this Good News of His Nativity, where the new 'Israel and Judah' the Catholic Church is waiting for her Bridegroom and her Spouse to come as the Messiah that is promised to bring Salvation to all of us.

Have a Blessed Holy Solemn Feast of the Nativity of the Lord Jesus Christ; our Savior and our Lord God.

IOC Movement of Sabah Sarawak Borneo-Catholic will confirm today that the past Official Document of ours are still intact even after this Virtual Organization has changed her Official name:

However, we would like to remind all of the Catholic faithful under care of this Virtual Organization and in the whole Sabah, Sarawak, and Brunei to exercise piety such like praying the Prayer to St.Michael the Holy Archangel and Prayer for the Pope, and free from any wrong intentions before going to the SSPX Holy Masses:

[ i) In the strict sense the faithful may fulfill your Sunday obligation by attending a Mass celebrated by a priest of the Society of St. Pius X."
ii) The Faithful whose in intention is simply to participate in a Mass according to the 1962 Missal for the sake of devotion, is not a sin to attend Tridentine Mass in SSPX, unless it is to manifest your desire to separate yourself from communion with the Roman Pontiff and those(local Ordinaries:Archbishops or Bishops) in communion with him.
iii)The Faithful could give contribution to the collection/money at Holy Mass celebrates by SSPX. ]

Although discourage to do so, however, if there is a 'grave concern' that the Catholic faithful must attend or receiving Holy Mass and Sacraments that the SSPX could provide:

In conclusion,
Any faithful Catholic in Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei should take this opportunity to pray for their own local Archbishops/Bishops and try to involve in assisting their own local Diocese/parish and to foster a dialogue between their own respective Catholic Archbishop/Bishop and also the clergy that is in communion with him.

We, the IOC Movement, will invoke God's Mercy upon Sabah and Sabahan. What a great tribulation that a Great Nation like Sovereign State of Sabah have to endures. The loose of properties and unevaluated damages is still did not counted , the provision to help Sabahan is still not delegated, most of the Sabahan victims are still not allocated to the proper place into the higher ground, and we hope that there is no life lost during this unfortunate Floods in Sabah.

We are yet to know how the miseries of Sabahan facing this Floods, O how about a clean drinks and supply of foods will affect my brothers and sisters Sabahan right now in the Area drown by floods. Have you my brothers and sisters have your children feed? Have they stop walking to school because of this floods. We are very anxious and eager to hear plead of mercy from you, so that we know that you are still alright and alive, we really need to hear from you. Then, we could storm even the whole world with the Most Holy Rosary along with our Special Prayer composed to be prayed daily starting today:

Dalam doa kami yang tak selayaknya namun penuh pengharapan ini, kami memohon belas kasihanMu buat semua anak-anakMu yang tertimpa bencana kerana bencana banjir di tanah tumpah darah kami ini iaitu Negara Sabah di Kepulauan Borneo. Kiranya melalui kasihMu yang kekal abadi itu, semoga bencana ini berlalu dan dengan kuasaMu, pulihkanlah kembali segalanya yang terjejas kerana banjir ini.

Engkau berjanji, setiap kali Engkau melihat busurMu di langit, Engkau akan mengingat perjanjianMu untuk tidak lagi memusnahkan bumi ini dengan tenggelamnya seluruh daratan dan semua kehidupan. IOC Movement is declaring fasting from today; October 10^th, 2014 until October 26^th, 2014(Sunday of Solemnity of Christ the King). This is to be done in a good will voluntarily, as it is on behalf of our effected brothers and sisters Sabahan there.

Thus,

We, the IOC Movement, declaring Public Prayer of the Holy Rosary for all souls in All Sabah right now, all along this October as the Month of the Most Holy Rosary, may they find their missing relatives(if any) during this floods and try to give foods to their beloved ones.
O God, bless all of the charity workers there and donators all around the world so that they will be more generous and more in strength;  to be our hands and feet,  in this devastated area in Sabah. May Your Only Church; the Catholic Church, will shelter them and provides aid to all of them in there.

May our Mother; Blessed Virgin Mary intercedes for our cause and our Communique so that it will reach all other souls to be generously helping our brothers and sisters Sabahan right now.

Brothers and sisters.

Today(21st of September 2014) in conjunction with the Feast of St.Matthew the Evangelist; holy Apostle and Holy Martyr, we, the Instaurare Omnia in Christo(IOC) Movement, celebrating the celebration of the 51st Anniversary of Independence Day of Sovereign State of Sabah(August 31st, 1963-2014).

Therefore,
On behalf of IOC Movement, unworthy me wish this very Nation to whom our lips kiss her soil and in here that unworthy me urge every Catholics to be faithful and loyal to their Nation; a Homeland and Motherland of their ancestors.

Sovereign State of Sabah is one of a Borneo States after Sovereign State of Sarawak, and the Sovereign State of Brunei. North Borneo(former name for the Sovereign State of Sabah) was a British protectorate under the sovereign North Borneo Chartered Company from 1882 to 1941. After World War II, Jesselton(former name for Kota Kinabalu) has replaced Sandakan as the Capital City. (British) North Borneo achieved her Independence on 31st of August 1963 and the declaration of Independence was declared in Keningau.

With Jesselton(now known as Kota Kinabalu) as her Capital City and Catholics live in peace and harmony. However, many of our soft hearted people of the Sovereign State of Sabah are living in uncertainties of their future. That is why today, unworthy me on behalf of IOC Movement Administrators Board and the whole members would like to address this issue critically. For we could not involve or live in falseness but must confide in truths which is flows from the Truth; the Lord Jesus Christ.

On this auspicious day, unworthy me would like to direct us to our Holy Apostle St. Matthew the Evangelist . He was the tax collector; the publican, for Rome and literate enough to write the Holy Gospel . When St. Matthew heard the voice of the Lord Jesus Christ: “Come, follow Me” (Mt. 9:9), he left everything and followed the Holy Savior. He was a witness to the Suffering, Death, and Resurrection of the Holy Savior, and of His glorious Ascension into Heaven.

Publicans who collected taxes from their countrymen did this with great profit for themselves. Usually greedy and cruel people, the Jews considered them pernicious betrayers of their country and religion. The word “publican” for the Jews had the connotation of “public sinner” and “idol-worshipper.” To even speak with a tax-collector was considered a sin, and to associate with one was defilement. But the Jewish teachers were not able to comprehend that the Lord God had:

“…come to call not the righteous, but sinners to repentance”
~Holy Gospel according to St. Matthew 9:13.

In the order of the books of the New Testament, the Holy Gospel according to St. Matthew comes first. Palestine is said to be the place where the Holy Gospel was written. St Matthew wrote in Aramaic, and then it was translated into Greek. The Aramaic text has not survived, but many of the linguistic and cultural-historical peculiarities of the Greek translation give indications of it.

Therefore,
Unworthy me would like to highlight the need for every Catholics especially in Sovereign State of Sabah to start choose between truths or falseness.
If you my brothers and my sisters will take the decision to adhere to the Truth and all truths; especially on the matter of Catholics to be truly faithful to their Motherland; the Sovereign State of Sabah, then do not be afraid. Repentance; even if you are not at wrong, is the key to your freedom to embrace truths and the Truth.

O how peaceful this painful decision of yours because you will be persecuted greatly. Being Catholics and following the Call of the Lord Jesus Christ to kiss the Holy Mother Church is already very painful and yet unworthy me is calling all of you to add more incoming miseries into your life, O my true brothers and sisters.

It is an irony that a public sinner that is cheating people as part of his life(before he is repented) like St. Matthew, was the one that has been Called and he answered the Holy Call to be His Holy Apostle, and to add more to it, he is the one that need to write all truths about the Truth to be the Most Holy Gospel. It is how wonderful that his heart is beating heavily; full with his love to the Lord Jesus Christ, because the truths that he will relay to us. Yes, he has written it down to be passed to the generations and generations of trustworthy Catholics while he himself is not a trustworthy person before he is repented.

Thus,
Will you my brothers and sisters to be the one that will be condemned to Hell(Sheol) by doing what is filthy in the eyes of the Almighty God which is being a hypocrites(Concealing the truths and suppressed it)?

O how tender of the hospitalities that you will provide to the people that were coming to the Sovereign State of Sabah. How charitable of you that has covered the wound of foreigners, O how blessed is your hand to feed the hungry foreigners with your local food as if you are meeting with the Lord Jesus Christ in the form of their faces. Do not hesitate to uphold your Motherland the Sovereign State of Sabah while you are still being generous and forgiving but make sure that you my true brothers and sisters do not easily taken down by falseness and tyrannies.

No Catholics in Sabah and Sarawak is to be excused to love and uphold the Holy Tradition, Holy Scriptures and Holy Magisterium of the Catholic Church. Only by being truly obedience to the Authority of Papal Bull of the Apostolic Constitution; Quo Primum, and motu proprio; Summorum Pontificum that we could restore everything in the Lord Jesus Christ to its rightful place; especially the Traditional Latin Mass. It is also a non-compromise obedience that true Sabahan must be loyal to their Motherland; the Sovereign State of Sabah. Being loyal means that you must uphold Justice for your Motherland and speaks truths in actions and deeds for the Sovereign State of Sabah.

Thus,
IOC Movement wish and greets all of Sabahan and Catholics who is living freely in Sovereign State of Sabah with our prayers and conviction. May the Most Holy Trinity; One God, will preserve all of you from any harm and danger, and then additionally increase your zeal in defending your Motherland's Dignity and Sovereignty.

Your Excellency Bishop Cornelius Sim, IOC Movement truly hope that Apostolic Vicariate of Brunei will able to live in harmony and peace with others in Brunei while preserving and Evangelizing our Catholic Faith like in the past where the first Catholic Missionary; the Franciscan Missionary, has reached the land of Kingdom of Brunei as well. We encourage Your Excellency Bishop Cornelius Sim together with the Catholic priest under your care to start to:

We sincerely hope that the Catholic Church in Brunei could provide the Traditional Latin Mass or Extraordinary Form(According to the Language of Motu Proprio Summorum Pontificum) when the local or visiting priests and any Catholics that is under the patronage of Your Excellency in Brunei is asking humbly for this Rubrics of St.Pope John XXIII(Roman Missal 1962 Typical Edition) to be celebrated in any parishes in Brunei. Let the Youth in there could diversify with the richness of Catholic Church treasures of traditions.

We have most of Roman Catholics in Negara Brunei Darussalam as the migrant worker where most of them came to Brunei to work in the industries in Brunei to enhance the economics of Brunei Darussalam with their expertise. Their life;the body and soul, is under Your Excellency's hands and prayers so that they will always be holy and striving towards holiness.

Today,20th of August 2014, right on the 100th Anniversary of His Holiness Pope St.Pius X has been called by our Most Merciful Creator and Heavenly God the Father, 2 days before the Feast of Most Immaculate Heart of Blessed Virgin Mary; the Mother of God, that we; the Instaurare Omnia in Christo(IOC) Movement declare that this holy devotion in IOC Movement entitled "Augustissimae Mater Dei " will start from today 20th of August 2014 and will be ended on the next 20th of August 2024.

O Youth and young people; our sons and daughters in Catholic Church,
Failed have we defended our brothers and sisters in Syria, Iraq, and all part of this world. That is why today we beseech all of you O young Catholics to come to zealousness towards our Lord Jesus Christ, His Bride the Catholic Church and His Holy Laws. Who else could defend them if not you O sons and daughters of the holy Catholic Church. We have let children and women in Syria and Iraq defending themselves in fear without any intervention and helps and some of them were brutally murdered by the forces of evil lurking freely on earth. Forgive us O Lord God for our inaction.

We know you are humble and kind hearted O young people, your charitable hands could reach many of the needy and now we ask more from you even if you are struggling in your schools or higher education institutions or your early career as a working Youth, O how we demand more of you young people despites of your hardships and yet we call for your temporary expulsion from your worldly life; to have this devotion prayed directly from your own very soul.

O Glorious Archangel St. Michael, Prince of the heavenly host, be our defense in the terrible warfare which we carry on against principalities and powers, against the rulers of this world of darkness, and spirits of evil.(Eph 6:12)

Come to the aid of man, whom God created immortal, made in His own image and likeness, and redeemed at a great price from the tyranny of the devil.(Wis 2:23-24, 1 Cor 6:20). Fight this day the battle of the Lord, together with the holy angels, as already thou hast fought the leader of the proud angels, Lucifer, and his apostate host, who were powerless to resist Thee, nor was there place for them any longer in heaven. That cruel, that ancient serpent, who is called the devil or Satan, who seduces the whole world, was cast into the abyss with his angels.(Rev 12:7-9).

Behold, this primeval enemy and slayer of men has taken courage. Transformed into an angel of light, he wanders about with all the multitude of wicked spirits, invading the earth in order to blot out the name of God and of His Christ, to seize upon, slay and cast into eternal perdition souls destined for the crown of eternal glory. This wicked dragon pours out, as a most impure flood, the venom of his malice on men; his depraved mind, corrupt heart, his spirit of
lying, impiety, blasphemy, his pestilential breath of impurity and of every vice and iniquity.

These most crafty enemies have filled and inebriated with gall and bitterness the Church, the Spouse of the

In the Holy Place itself, where has been set up the See of the most holy Peter and the Chair of Truth for the light of the world, they have raised the throne of their abominable impiety, with the iniquitous design that when the Pastor has been struck, the sheep may be scattered.

Unworthy me as the Supervisor of IOC Movement on behalf of generous and kind hearted Catholics all around the world including those who is continuously persecuted and brutally killed in Syria, Iraq, and throughout all part of the world, altogether by fighting heresies and apostasies of people in the Catholic Church, inviting all of you O our brothers and sisters to pray the Holy Mass fervently and after the Holy Mass of this Holy Prayer to St.Michael the holy Archangel followed by Oratio pro Summo Pontifice, throughout your daily life.

Thus,
If there are no Catholics ever help their own brothers and sisters who is persecuted and being misleading and eventually depart from the One True Faith; the Catholic Faith, we cry out for help to God to chastise every single of Catholics on earth with the most heaviest chastisement.

O Merciful God the Father in Heaven, please hears the cry of those holy martyrs in Syria, Iraq, and all part of this world. Let their bloods calling Thee and call out for Justice to be served from their Merciful Creator.

Today(6th of August 2014) we, the Instaurare Omnia in Christo(IOC) Movement, celebrating the Solemn Feast of Holy Transfiguration of the Lord Jesus Christ. We also will celebrate this Feast together with the Solemnity of Assumption of Blessed Virgin Mary(Church of Rome)/ Dormition of Theotokos(Eastern Catholic Churches) and the Solemn Feast of Most Immaculate Heart of Blessed Virgin Mary.

Our glorious, noble and humble Campaigns:
"To promote Traditional Latin Mass in Sabah and Sarawak (Borneo). "

and,
"To defend and foster Catholic Family and Catholic Marriage"

I would like to invite all of you to pray the Holy Rosary starting from today(6th of August 2014) until the evening Saturday(22nd of August 2014) at least One Mystery of the Holy Rosary daily if you have a grave impediment. For the Holy Rosary is the dearest prayer to the Mother of God and it is the prayer that makes us closer to her Most Immaculate Heart. None of us could not comprehend how much that our Blessed Mother Mary will rewards us until we have that Joy of her Most Immaculate Heart of Blessed Virgin Mary.

We, the IOC Movement members ,inviting all brothers and sisters outside IOC Movement and also IOC Movement's friends to join us in celebrating our Tri-Celebration of Solemn Feast of Holy Transfiguration of our Lord Jesus Christ in 6th of August 2014, Solemn Feast of Assumption of Blessed Virgin Mary(Church of Rome)/ Dormition of Theotokos(Eastern Catholic Churches) in 15th of August 2014 and the Solemn Feast of Most Immaculate Heart of Blessed Virgin Mary in 22nd of August 2014. This day(6th of August 2014) is a very auspicious day as it is in conjunction with the Solemn Feast of Holy Transfiguration of our Lord Jesus Christ on Mount Tabor.

The Holy Transfiguration.
The Lord Jesus Christ has transfigured Himself to the Full Splendour of Heavenly God where He has conversed with holy Prophet Moses and holy Prophet Elijah.
Here, the Lord God shows all of those believers and unbelievers alike that He is the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Isaiah, Jonah, Moses and Elijah. He is the same God of Old Testament and New Testament.
Ascended with the Lord Jesus Christ were holy Apostles; St.Peter the Prince of holy Apostles, St. James the Great and St.John the Evangelist up to Mount Tabor.

O brothers and sisters that embracing Holy Catholic and Apostolic Faith,
The Lord Jesus Christ transfigured Himself on the holy Mount Tabor to show to you on this days of great heresies, persecution and even killings on you, that He is the Lord, that He is the One Good Lord God, that He is the Creator of all things, He is the Alpha and Omega; where without embracing the Lord Jesus Christ and His Catholic Church as the means for Salvation; then no one could come to God and no one could be saved outside Him and His Holy Catholic Church.

We could lose our life but we could not lose our soul. We should not afraid of those who could takes and destroy our body because the Lord God is the Only One God that could destroys both of our soul and our body for eternity.

Traditionally that the Month of August is the Month of Most Immaculate Heart of Blessed Virgin Mary, but we add the Mystery of Faith on the Holy Transfiguration of the Lord Jesus Christ in remembrance of those who has died in Syria, Iraq, Nigeria, and throughout all of the world, as our holy martyrs.

We could not celebrate the Solemn Feast of our Lord God with the Joy of God without first thinking of all who has been persecuted and until this time in a grave necessity of needs and our support to voice condemnation to their persecutors and killers so that the Lord God will erect Justice for them.
O how piercing this heart of ours by just thinking of you O persecuted brothers and sisters. We know that you there did not have any appetite to swallow food for your body and even scarcely think about eating. We ask the Lord God to feed you all through the Humanitarian Mission and most importantly that He will feed your soul in the Most Divine Liturgy; the Holy Mass.

Thus,
Let God mercifully accept our prayers for you all there through our Joy of Celebration in celebrating the Mighty and Splendour of the Lord Jesus Christ as the Heavenly Lord God of Host. All Heaven chanting prayers with all of the holy prophets, holy saints, holy martyrs and holy angels.

Let us together descend Mount Tabor O dear brothers and sisters,
We should continue our Evangelization especially with the New Evangelization era where technology comes to great aid in spreading the truths; the Catholic Faith, on The Lord Jesus Christ, His Only Church; Holy Catholic Church, and His Holy Laws.

In conclusion,
Let us be more zealous, more prudent and more faithful in living our Catholic Faith more sincerely and more convincing through the New Evangelization by humbly praying the Most Holy Mass in Traditional Latin Mass for Latin Rite and Divine Liturgy for Eastern Catholics, we must try to do more than we instructed to all of you brothers and sisters.

For The Lord Jesus Christ always Transfigured Himself into His Divinity through the Most Holy Eucharist. Only those who is truly innocent as if they are little children; who still mildly could not differentiate between good or bad, able to see the Lord Jesus Christ has transformed the bread and wine really into being Himself if He is wills for it; in the whole pieces of Sacred Species until to the smallest and tiniest "Holy dust" of the Holy Host, where He is truly presence in Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity. O how gracious we are to receipt the God of All Might and Most Merciful on our tongue.

i) Restructuring of IOC Movement Administrators Board.
ii) Official Format and Uniformity of Official Documents in Legislation, Jurisdiction, Authority and Public Letter.
iii) Journalism of this Virtual Organization.
iv) Creation of the honorable title of "Esquire of IOC Movement".

Regarding the Restructuring of the nature of governing of this Virtual Organization, we established:

Official Declaration and Decree regarding extension of the validity date for the Campaign to Promote Traditional Latin Mass in Sabah and Sarawak (Borneo).

Hesed(Mercy) we(and) shalom(Peace),
In memory of our brothers and sisters holy martyrs who has shed their bloods for sake of our Lord Jesus Christ and His Catholic Church.

Today, right on the 54th Anniversary of His Holiness Pope John XXIII issued the Motu Proprio(Of his own accord) entitled "Rubricarum Instructum" in conjunction with the Feast of St.James; the Holy Apostle, 2 days before the 7th Day after the Solemn Blessed Pentecost Sunday, and the 25th Day of the Holy Month of the Most Precious Holy Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ,
that we; the Instaurare Omnia in Christo(IOC) Movement declare and decree that this holy mission entitled "Instaurare Omnia in Christo" will start from today 25th of July 2014 and ended on the next 25th of July 2021.

However, unworthy me on behalf of IOC Movement, and every Catholics in Sovereign State of Sabah and Sovereign State of Sarawak, in due respect to the "Holy Mass of All Ages", the only form of the Holy Mass that the group of first proto-disciple of Borneo in Mount Singai, Rejang River Area, Labuan Island and Tawau has celebrated during the reign of His Holiness Pope Leo XIII(2 March 1810 – 20 July 1903), the Holy Mass that Pope St.Pius V has decreed solemnly issued Papal Bull of Apostolic Constitution entitled Quo Primum on July 14th, 1570, and then up to the same and only Holy Mass that celebrated by the Second Vatican Council(1962-1965) after Rubricarum Instructum took effect on 1st of January 1961, that this holy Mission shall be continued without a need for further extension of the validity date after July 25th, 2021 and it will be for all ages be it nobody left to offer it and be it no longer there is Catholics exist on earth.

Therefore,
Unworthy me as the Supervisor of IOC Movement on behalf of generous and kind heart Catholics all around the world including those who is continuously persecuted and brutally killed in Syria, Iraq, Nigeria, and throughout all part of the world, inviting all of you O our brothers and sisters to pray the Holy Rosary starting today 25th of July 2014 until the 1st of August 2014, fasting and abstinence, truly repent for every sins especially in Catholic Family and Catholic Marriage, giving charitable alms, cloth the naked and humiliated, 'cloth' the sinners with immeasurable forgiveness, cleanse those who has betrayed you and filthy in sinning against you by atone on behalf of them although they keep sinning and not yet repent as if their death is near, bring water to the thirst, giving shelter to those who is expelled from their homes and their nations, defend the people facing injustice, save all souls towards our Lord Jesus Christ and His Only One Holy Apostolic Church; the Holy Catholic Church. Unworthy me issued this Declaration and Decree today as if there is no tomorrow for unworthy me.

O Catholics, love your Jealous God wholeheartedly, restore to the rightful place this Holy Mass of All Ages; the Traditional Latin Mass, as if you are taking a glimpse while your eyes in tears of sorrow seeing your father's tired skin and your mother's weak lips when they have died and that is the last moment you will see them again before they are buried.

O Catholics, love your Holy Mother Church truthfully, spread this New Evangelization using Traditional Latin Mass, as if you will never see your spouse or your children anymore the next day in the morning.

O Catholics, love your Holy Catholic Faith; the only One True Faith zealously, as if that is the day where tomorrow will never come. Treat her(the Catholic Faith) as if she is the last means of your Salvation; as if that you will unable to fully compensate and grievously regret every little sins that striking your neighbours and every people you entrusted your love very much.

The sign of Jonah has appeared right in front of our eyes, the Suffering Death and Glorious Resurrection is overshadowing our very eyes; as if we are an evil and adulterous generation seeketh a sign(St. Matthew 12:39) and we are a wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign(St. Matthew 16:4).
O how Jealous and Boundless is the Charitable-Love(a'havah) of our Almighty Lord God; who is God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Jonah, Moses, and all of our forefathers of Faith, He who is the God of Exodus and God of Resurrection and Final Judgement, for He has lowered Himself became true Man in Lord Jesus Christ, He is the God that appeared to Blessed Virgin Mary in her virgin womb and her Immaculate body and life, and He is the same God that has given Holy Call to the proto-Apostle; St.Andrew; the brother of St.Peter the Prince of Holy Apostle, He is the One that truly presence in the Most Holy Eucharist; in every single of particle of the Most Holy Sacrifice of the Holy Mass be it in a large particle into the smallest particle of the Holiest 'Dust'; for He is truly presence in Holy Body, Holy Blood, Soul, and Divinity.

Thus,
Until the very East of Borneo Island, until the edge of very West of Borneo Island will celebrate and giving a rightful place of restoration to the Traditional Latin Mass; the Mass of All Ages, until one of the holy Mount of God in Borneo; Mount Singai, and until a very Island of Labuan embraces her Rubrics and her profound Sacred History in the First Evangelization of Sovereign State of North Borneo(Sabah) and Sovereign State of Sarawak, that we believe that the Holy Mother Church will supplies her Ecclesia Supplet indiscriminately and her only Groom's Deus Providet to all those Catholics desiring a celebration of Traditional Latin Mass in every Dioceses and parishes throughout Sabah and Sarawak in Borneo; all Catholic priests and laity.

If there is no Catholics left to love and desire Traditional Latin Mass, then let God chastise us through the sign of Jonah where we will be called into fasting and repentance; without us truly know what is our very sins. Let Him call out from the womb a future holy and saintly Catholic Bishop(s) and Catholic priest(s) not from the womb from Catholic Family and Catholic Marriage but from those who even did not know anything about His Divine Law and His Catholic Faith, such is the fury of Anger of our Lord God in His Jealous Charitable-Love to chastise our arrogance. Let Him call the blind and those who is innocent in mind and yet they are not even know of Him in the Catholic Church and existence of His Catholic Church as the very necessity for Salvation, so that He could ask for the restoration of the Traditional Latin Mass in His Holy Catholic Church right in front of their(those not yet Catholics) eyes and directly towards their very ears during the meeting of them with Him in the Most Blessed Sacrament, such is the Jealous Charitable-Love of the Lord God.

Hear O brothers and sisters,
We need God and His Catholic Church desperately but our Almighty and Ever Living God did not desperate to force us; His mere creation, to love and need Him.

If all Heaven is empty of us after the last holy Apostles, Disciples and Martyrs have entered Heaven, His Might and Splendor will not reduce even a bit.

We call out every Catholics,
Let us pray, let us fasting and let us repent like the people of Nineveh.

Brothers and sisters.

Today(22th of July 2014) we, the Instaurare Omnia in Christo(IOC) Movement, celebrating the celebration of the 51st Anniversary of Independence Day of Sovereign State of Sarawak(July 22nd, 1963-2014). On this day as well, after unworthy me went for Mount Singai the "Roman Catholicism and Traditional Latin Mass Heritage Site" took a decision on top of that holy Mount; the Mount Singai, to lengthen the valid date of the [Campaign to Promote Traditional Latin Mass in Sabah and Sarawak (Borneo) : "Instaurare Omnia in Christo"] on this coming July 25th, 2014.

Therefore,
On behalf of IOC Movement, unworthy me wish this very Nation to whom our lips kiss her soil and in here that unworthy me urge every Catholics to be faithful and loyal to their Nation; a Homeland and Motherland of their ancestors.

Sovereign State of Sarawak is one of a Borneo States after Sovereign State of Sabah(formely known as North Borneo), and the Sovereign State of Brunei. Recognized as a Sovereign State by United States of America(US) in 1850 and then Britain in 1863.

With Kuching as her Capital City and Catholics live in peace and harmony. Unworthy me knew that all of us in here are not blind not to know about the situation of Christians in Syria, Iraq and Nigeria and all around the world where they are treated badly and abused to the point of their martyrdom. From that, we; the IOC Movement, reminds all Catholics to be zealous and not taking it for granted in our responsibility to safeguard the Dignity and Sovereignty of our Motherland. No man born outside of the womb of a woman and it is as well with our Motherland that her loyal citizen could not born without her.

On this auspicious day, unworthy me would like to take this opportunity after more than 1 year of considering our Official Slogan/Motto, to decree that "Looking towards Rome from Kuching and Kota Kinabalu" is this Virtual Organization's Official Motto. "Kuching" is the representative of all Archdioceses and Dioceses in Sarawak and "Kota Kinabalu" is for Sabah's Archdiocese and Diocese, meanwhile "Rome" in this Official Slogan is connoted the Catholic Church. This Official Slogan is to call out every single Catholics in Sabah and Sarawak to think with the Catholic Church fully, to live our One True Faith; the Catholic Faith, sincerely and wholeheartedly, and to embrace our Lord Jesus Christ with Traditional Latin Mass making her return to every Dioceses and parishes in Sabah and Sarawak.

No Catholics in Sabah and Sarawak is to be excused to be called into motion to love and uphold the Holy Tradition, Holy Scriptures and Holy Magisterium of the Catholic Church by being truly obedience to the Authority of Papal Bull of the Apostolic Constitution; Quo Primum, and motu proprio; Summorum Pontificum. It is also a non-compromise obedience of Sarawakian to be loyal to their Motherland; the Sovereign State of Sarawak.

Thus,
IOC Movement wish and greets all of Sarawakian and Catholics who is living freely in Sovereign State of Sarawak with our prayers and conviction that may the Most Holy Trinity; One God, will preserve all of you from any harm and danger, and then additionally increase your zeal in defending your Motherland's Dignity and Sovereignty.

Have a Blessed 51st Anniversary of Independence Day of Sovereign State of Sarawak(July 22nd, 1963-2014) to all Sarawakian.
