Preamble.
Today on 16th of July 2014 is the Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, according to the Liturgical Calendar of 1962 Missal of Bl. John XXIII the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite, and this Feast has fallen on Wednesday on this Year 2014 and the 16th day of the Month of the Most Precious Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ. We; the IOC Movement, are celebrating this Feast of Mount Carmel by declaring solemnly to the whole world that today Mount Singai at Bau, State of Sarawak in Borneo is one of forever memory of the prove and evidence of the Evangelization and zealous struggles of those who is to be the first one to receive the Lord Jesus Christ and His Only Church; the Catholic Church.

Part 1: Our Traditional Latin Mass/Tridentine Mass is the Mass of All Ages.
Fallen asleep has our brothers and sisters who is the first people that is to be the one that heard a Calling from the Lord Jesus Christ to be among the thousands of thousands holy disciples like St. Andrew the Holy Apostle; brother of St.Peter Prince of the Apostles, and St.Paul The Holy Apostle.
Traditional Latin Mass/Tridentine Mass or in the Language of the motu proprio issued by His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI during his reign in Year 2007 as Extraordinary Form, has been celebrated from the very beginning of North Borneo(Sabah) and Sarawak has first received the Catholic Faith through Roman Catholic Church.

Traditional Latin Mass is the only usage or form of the Latin rite that has been celebrated by all of them who is the Confessor of Faith of this very Island of Borneo(Sabah and Sarawak only; as the first people that received the Catholic Faith is perhaps in Banjarmasin, Kalimantan, Borneo, in the Year 1690) of about from 150 years in the past until the advent of the Holy Mass of Roman Missal 1969 Edition or also called as Ordinary Form in that same motu proprio Summorum Pontifcum whose 7th Anniversary is last few days on 7th of July 2014.

[The first Catholic missionary to begin work in North Borneo(now Sabah) was Fr. Cuarteron, a Spaniard who was once a pirate. When he was shipwrecked off Labuan, he made a vow that if he was saved from drowning, he would become a missionary priest. Fr.Cuarteron fulfilled that vow and was ordained priest in 1854.Fr. Cuarteron was posted to Labuan in 1857.It was Fr. Cuarteron who had earlier asked the Church authorities in Rome to send Catholic priests to Borneo.

Among the first group of Mill Hill Fathers who arrived in Sarawak in 1881 were Rev. Edmund Dunn,Rev. Daniel Kilty, Rev. Aloysius Goosens and Rev. Thomas Jackson.]

[Felix John Mary Westerwoudt was born in Amsterdam on 14th March 1861. He was the third of eight children, the youngest of whom became a nun. As a boy he was interested in outdoor life and carpentry. He was hot-tempered. From age 7 to 13 years Felix entered a private school for Catholic boys. He was elected by his school mates to present a token of homage to King William 11 on the occasion of the King’s Silver Jubilee in 1847.

Felix discovered a vocation to be a priest even at an early age of eleven and his mother was thrilled upon hearing it. In 1876, Felix entered the Diocesan Preparatory Seminary near Leiden (Holland). His fellow students always found him friendly and jovial. In 1883 at the age of 22 years, Felix entered St. Joseph’s College, Mill Hill. He became a Sub-deacon in 1884. Felix was ordained Deacon in 1885 and Priest a day later.

Rev. Felix Westerwoudt and his fellow seminarian Rev. Albert Reyffert sailed from Trieste on October 1st, 1885. They arrived in Kuching on November 15th of the same year. As it was Sunday, there were no priests to welcome them because of Church services. The newly arrivals remained in Kuching until after Christmas. After meeting with their Superior Rev. Thomas Jackson, Fr. Westerwoudt departed for Singai and Fr. Reyffert sailed for Kanowit.]

Therefore,
Traditional Latin Mass is the Mass of All Ages, without this Form of the Holy Mass, how would Catholic Church in Sabah and Sarawak could trace back her past and eternal glory of History to link with those that has gone to their rest; a very people that truly and zealously hear the Lord's Voice?
Traditional Latin Mass is preserved from all harm and danger from being suppressed and many of the Popes and Bishops from the Year 1570 has celebrated this Mass of All Ages with full of zeal toward of the Lord Jesus Christ by reverently celebrating this Tridentine Mass and subsequently lifted up for eternity to be used with no restriction and no doubt once again in a time of the Second Vatican Council when His Holiness Pope John XXIII has promulgated a Roman Missal 1962 Edition by adding the name of "St.Joseph" into the prayer in the Order of the Roman Missal.

Part 2: Mount Singai as the "Roman Catholicism and Traditional Latin Mass Heritage Site".
Mount Singai has been declared by the Archdiocese of Kuching as Catholic Memorial Pilgrimage Centre(CMPC) in accordance to its Historical Value that exceed our expectation. However, today, we would like to declare and reserve Mount Singai as one of the Heritage Site for the evidence of Roman Catholicism Evangelization and the Eternal celebration of Traditional Latin Mass.

That is why, we ask humbly from the Most Holy Trinity; One God, so that He will mercifully accept our utmost desire in consecrating Mount Singai under the protection of our Blessed Mother; Blessed Virgin Mary Our Lady of Mount Carmel, so that every living Catholics all around the world will not easily forget the past memory of those who has been loving and imploring our Lord Jesus Christ and His Catholic Church fully.

Traditional Latin Mass should be resumed to be celebrated in Sabah and Sarawak so that we could be in communion with all those saints who has going through numerous hardship, painful struggles, and rejection in the past when Catholicism has just started to give the Light of Truth to all people that still do not know about our Holy Catholic Faith and His Holy Bride; the Catholic Church.

O how the Lord Jesus Christ loves His Catholic Church so much until He has shed His Most Holy Blood on the dust of the earth. Remember ye humans that from dust you came and from dust you will come back, and only your soul will be risen from the dead for the Final Judgement.

From this, we; the IOC Movement, launching our Declaration to declare Mount Singai at Bau, State of Sarawak in Borneo as one of the "Roman Catholicism and Traditional Latin Mass Heritage Site". entitled “In Memoriam Aeternam” and by then calling all of our friends and family to have a Devotion and Prayers for those first and previous generation that we know as “Confessor Fidei” starting today, July 16th,2014 until July 31st, 2014.

O my brethren, devote all this days for a devotions and prayers for our "Confessor Fidei" on which we call them as ancestors, forefathers, grandfathers and grandmothers, the proto-disciples of Borneo, beloved fathers and mothers to all those people of Sabah and Sarawak that still did not enter the Catholic Church even though some knowing that she is the only and necessary Door of Faith in order to be saved and obtained Salvation. For all of this, we ask sincerely from Blessed Virgin Mary our Mother and Mother of proto-disciples of Borneo, to intercede for us all and those who will crying when they finally embracing the Lord Jesus Christ by coming back or entering our timeless Catholic Church.

First Day(15th July 2014) of Invitation into Fasting and Penance by IOC Movement- Phase I: Veni Creator Spiritus; Invoking the Holy Ghost.

Today is the 15th day of Month of the Most Precious Holy Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ and the First Day of Fasting and Penance for the released of the Quo Primum Translation in Bahasa Indonesia/Bahasa Malaysia for the uses of IOC Movement only.

Let us pray to the Most Holy Trinity; One God, so that the Holy Ghost will enthrone upon our Holy Mission in Borneo. Therefore, let us chant or pray the "Veni Creator Spiritus" to invoke the help and consent of the Holy Ghost upon our decision and steps in this Holy Mission.

Failed has our sinful life trying to make us fall into the abyss of Sheol(Hell) and we know that the devil will tempting us again by tomorrow and the days following. We seek refuge in Your Divine Protection O Lord God and bless Your Only Church; Catholic Church, with more religious and priesthood Vocation by instill Traditional Latin Mass and zeal towards Catholic Faith. Anger no more towards our sins O Lord God, for You are All Merciful and Ever Living God. Make haste O Lord in our agony to call for Your Comfort so that we accept death rather than accepting heresies and sins that will crying war against You.

Lord Jesus Christ, we know that some of us will leave us alone in our Causes but grant us O Lord a people that is really doesn't know You at all or never ever taste Your Catholic Faith and then make them like Saulus to be St.Paul. So that, our own brethren that leaving us to die or living in exile, will be ashamed for as long as insincere Act of Contrition still being made by our 'Cain' brothers and sisters. Let our cry in the middle of the field like Abel's voice of blood will be once again heard by You.

Saya yang merupakan hamba Allah Maha Kuasa yang tidak layak ini menjemput para saudara dan saudari ku yang terkasih agar berpuasa selama 3 hari bagi yang bekerja dan berbeban berat dan 5 hari bagi yang tidak mempunyai banyak halangan bermula hari esok 15 haribulan Juli/Julai 2014.

Marilah kita sama-sama mengarahkan roh pemberian Allah Maha Pencipta kita sebagaimana Ia yang terlebih dahulu menciptakan manusia pada masa Kitab Suci Kejadian berlaku, kepada doa, puasa, amal kebaikan dan kebajikan, membersihkan sebersih bersihnya roh kita agar kita memampukan diri kita menerimakan mukjizat Allah Tritunggal yang MahaKudus; Satu Allah, dalam arti mendalam di dalam Konstitusi Apostolik Quo Primum yang terkait pasal Hukum Liturgi. Adalah amat jarang bagi Gereja Katolik mengeluarkan Konstitusi Apostolik bagi hal Hukum Liturgi dan kita bercucuran air mata mengasihi pemberian Allah yang Maha Mengasihi kepada kita ini.

Oh betapa Allah yang Maha Baik mengasihani kepada kita dengan mewartakannya secara nyata di dalam Kurban Kudus dalam Misa Latin Tradisional atau Misa Tridentina atau dalam Bahasa motu proprio Summorum Pontificum iaitu Forma Ekstraordinaria(Roman Missal Edisi 1962).
Sungguh Allah Bapa yang Maha Mengetahui bahwa Ia telah mengurapi Bapa Suci kita yang terdahulu iaitu Santo Paus Pius V bagi ia secara rendah hati dan pada masa yang sama dalam Tindakan Apostoliknya telah menetapkan Hukum Liturgi dalam Bulla Kepausan Quo Primum ini.

Ramailah para umat Allah yang suci di Sabah dan juga Sarawak masih tidak mengenal akan tradisi Gereja yang mengandungi Tradisi Suci dalam Misa Latin Tradisional, maka sudah tiba masanya setiap satu dari anggota Gerakan Instaurare Omnia in Christo(IOC), dalam belas kasihan dan penuh kerendahan hati mewartakan Cinta Kasih Allah ke setiap Keuskupan-keuskupan Gereja Katolik di setiap ceruk Sabah dan Sarawak akan Misa Latin Tradisional yang menjadi daging dan darah Gereja Katolik di Sabah dan Sarawak semenjak sejak mula Penginjilan Gereja Katolik bertapak di Labuan dan Kuching pada sekitar tahun 1855 oleh Msgr Don Carlos Cuarteron; Prefek Apostolik yang Pertama.

Misa Latin Tradisional lah merupakan satu-satunya forma bagi ritus Latin yang dirayakan oleh para Pengaku Iman iaitu nenek moyang kita kira-kira sejak 150 tahun yang lampau sehinggalah kepada kedatangan Misa Kudus Missale Roman Paus Paulus VI atau Missale Roman Edisi 1969 atau juga disebut sebagai Forma Ordinaria sebagaimana yang telah didefinisikan Bapa Suci Paus Benediktus XVI pada 7 Julai 2007 yang lepas.

Adakah para umat Allah yang kudus di Sabah dan Sarawak akan mendakapi dan memeluki Cinta Kasih Allah dalam terus menerus mengingat jasa dan pengorbanan para nenek moyang kita yang telah menggunakan Misa Latin Tradisional selama lebih kurang 110 tahun yang lepas? Bukankah mereka merupakan pemula, pendiri, dan batu asas Gereja Katolik di Sabah dan Sarawak. Bagi kita untuk melupakan dan kehilangan Sejarah yang suci, harta yang berharga akan pengetahuan bahwa sungguh wujud pejuang Iman Katolik yang telah mati dan terdiri dari penghuni Syurga Allah yang Maha Rahim?

Perhatikanlah kami yang merupakan generasi baru yang merupakan para pewaris para penghuni SyurgaMu sekarang ini, perlihatkanlah Cinta KasihMu ya Allah Bapa, perdengarkanlah doa dan rintihan kesengsaraan kami, perkuatkanlah iman kami dan tambahkanlah keyakinan kami, dan penuhilah kami akan keteguhan kami dalam mengandalkanMu.

Kami yang benar-benar mengasihiMu sepanjang doa kami, segenap puasa dan amal, pendarasan Misa KudusMu dan Rosario KudusMu, ya Allah Bapa, ya Allah Bapa, tidakkah Engkau mau berada di tengah-tengah kami seperti mana Engkau yang telah menyuapkan para RasulMu, dan para muridMu dengan Tubuh dan Darah KudusMu.

When your death is near, you'll have no taste in doing evil anymore and didn't bother too much on the people that mocking you, for you: making good things towards those needy people are your final resort.

You'll feel a great 'emptiness' but only One will reign in your remaining life. Your appetite will loose themselves from your body, and your mind will remember your very deeds while you're living. You will find that you have a very little time to atone and you'll ask forgiveness for every single things, and try your best to compensate a damage or evil that you've done. You will feel that you are now numb with the evilness and desperately wanting freedom in a Mercy and Truth of the Lord Jesus Christ and His Only Church; the Catholic Church.

Such is the grace where you are given that most precious moment, but strictly limited in time, in order to cleanse yourselves. Therefore, this last 'preparation' is in order to prepare yourselves for Final Judgement. Remember that those who deserve the Tree of Life is who has washed their robes in the Blood of Lamb.

O Lord Jesus Christ who has offered Your Holy Body and Holy Blood to the Catholic Church as the Lamb of Holy Sacrifice. We are grateful that only your holy priests have excruciating pain in seeing Your Holy Blood but their eyes deceiving them by showing You as a mere wine after the Consecration. It is more than we could able to sustain of our strength to see You not in the Most Holy Body of Yours, hide not from our unworthy eyes O Lord God who is Most Almighty and Most Merciful. Your Words soothing our pain for You are slow to anger and very Fast Forgiving our sins especially in seeing You as just bread but not You.

Who will offer a Requiem Holy Mass for us O Lord God, if You strike us according to our sins by withdrawing good and holy people from our lives?
Who will ask for our soul's reparation if no one remembers us and be merciful to us; by sending our name to the holy priest of Your Catholic Church, if You harden the heart of those who is straying from One True Faith?
Who will celebrate the Holy Mass if You destroy the line of priesthood that will preach One True Faith; the Catholic Faith, in Your Wrath towards those who had defiled and blasphemed against You from inside Your own very Church?

Make sure your life today and if there is tomorrows for you, is for the preparation for the Day of Resurrection.

O Lord Jesus Christ, it is very excruciating to see that Your Holy Blood has been covered by the dust; from whom You have made us.
We are just a dust and from dust we will come back. How great is Your Jealous-Charitable Love until You Yourselves who is True God has humbled Yourselves to be True Man. O how painful for us to come to know that Your gesture of showing your Great Mercy and Compassion is shed through Your Holy Blood.

That Holy Hand of Yours has touched us sinners, until now You want to touch us by showing Yourselves entirely in the Holy Blood of the Holy Sacrifice of the Holy Mass.

Even those who is really and truly zealous towards You and Your Holy Law that You have them bend their knees; when knowing the Mystery of Faith contained in the spraying of the Holy Blood on the ground of the Courtyard of the Gentiles and Mount Golgotha. Even those who is fasting fervently, praying unceasingly until their lips have Your Holy Name and full of praises in their heart, and even those who is in the summit of their love, in the peak of their ecstasy mortification, where they are now ceased to be worldly but fully surrendered themselves, will unable to complete their fullest desire and holiest intention in thinking of You and in reciting of Your Holy Words; if they unable to go being as the holy martyrs have did.

Therefore,
We decree today that Instaurare Omnia in Christo(IOC) Movement will seek those who is fragile in heart and weary soul apart from those who is seemed strong. We declare that we launch a Holy Crusade against heresies, hypocrisy, blatant blasphemies and any danger that will harm Catholic Family and Catholic Matrimony.

We define Catholic Family and Catholic Matrimony Cause will be bind in our heart and in every breath of our life as it is to remember Your Creation in creating us as Your mere creation; flesh and blood. Let our children; generations by generations: whose flesh and blood is flowing from us to uphold our Cause. If not, we are deemed like spitting on the Holy Book of Genesis and Holy Gospel.

Catholic Family and Catholic Matrimony is where the Most Holy Eucharist will be made from a very hands of our sons who will be priest in Your Catholic Church. From here also, Bishops will be born; as Bishops are born from every human's womb and once drink milk from the bosom of their mother like a sheep and sheep's mater. Who will consecrate a Bishop if there is no Bishops? Who will know where is Catholic Church if there is no Catholic Bishop. For where is Bishop is, then there is Christ's holy people, and when there is His holy people is, there is Christ in the middle of them, and if there is Christ in the middle of them, then there is Catholic Church with He is being the Head and She is being the Mystical Body of Him. If there is no Bishop, then there is no Catholic Church, and if there is no Catholic Church there will be nobody will be Baptized. For every Baptism is remission of Original Sin and sins, and made us into Catholic Church to attain Salvation by receiving the Holy Spirit. There is no Salvation outside Catholic Church.

Hear O Catholics, that every Baptism is for entering Catholic Church and no Baptism is made to enter another things besides Catholic Church.

Evildoers are trumpeting loud against Highest Heaven and the Most Holy Trinity; One God, please spare us O Lord God in Your anger and wrath against those who is planning and doing war against You through war havoc on Catholic Family and Catholic Matrimony. So sophisticated and hideous they are until they allowed themselves to put innocent people being victim of sins that will destroy Catholic Family and Catholic Matrimony such like Adultery. You have excused us from the Law of Moses by lifting up Marriage not as a mere contract but into the Degree of Sacrament where You Yourselves will fully presence in the midst of Catholic Family and Catholic Matrimony.

Make fruitful O Lord God of our Catholic Family and Catholic Matrimony, and bless them with many children so that there are endless line of priest in line of Melchizedek, never ending line of Mary our Mother, and non extinct line of holy men and women that has made a wonderful Catholic Family and Catholic Matrimony. We do not want to let go every precious things that is precious in Your Holy Eyes. O Lord God, we could not stand strong to face that people who want to breed many more Titular See by making Your holy people become extinct because of wars.

Wars towards You through Adultery; Remarried and Divorce, and Abortion, will face our Holy Crusade and we do not know who will spill their own blood first in order to defend against their(the evildoers) aggression and weapons in order to stop us from talking and fighting for this Cause of defending Holy Family and Catholic Matrimony.

In memory of Reverend Fr. Kenneth Walker who has died on Wednesday; June 11th 2014 at the Rectory of Mater Misericordiae Parish in Phoenix, Arizona, that has returned to the Eternal Home and received by our Most Merciful Creator: God the Most Holy Trinity; One God.

Right now, confusion is brewing over the valid succession of the Apostolic See of Antioch to know which one of those is valid Bishop of Antioch. St.Peter; your Predecessor and the First Bishop of Rome, also has established the See of Antioch before the See of Rome. However, St.Peter would like to be recognized more as Bishop of Rome rather than Bishop of Antioch itself.

First and foremost,
We could not wait for any specific cases to end up well and what we could do is only praying to God and entrust everything to His Most Sacred Heart. May Mary our Mother through her Immaculate Heart looks on us misericordially as we are working our Act of Charity via many ways.

Therefore,
Quo Primum's Bahasa Malaysia/Bahasa Indonesia Version for Instaurare Omnia in Christo(IOC) Movement usage will make it preparation to be announced and later it will be given strictly to IOC Movement members to be used in a controlled uses starting February 14th 2014(Start of Preparation) until July 14th 2014(Publishing Date) for 160 days. On July 14th 2014, it will start to be published Officially in here; our Official Facebook and our Virtual office.

By this Decree, it ends hesitation of Supervisor of IOC Movement and dilemmas of IOC Movement Administrators Board. If the Supervisor of IOC Movement didn't heed this Decree, the person will be automatically expelled from the Office as a just penalty and if any members of IOC Movement Advisors Board against this Decree, they will receive a sanction(s) that is not including removal. As precaution, the Supervisor of IOC Movement must give the copy of Finished Quo Primum Translation to any members of IOC Movement Administrators Board except one of IOC Movement Administrator that is holding the Office of Supervisor as separate Office not latter than July 7th 2014. On or after July 7th 2014, the Supervisor of IOC Movement have no authority to reject any demand for Quo Primum's Bahasa Malaysia/Bahasa Indonesia for Instaurare Omnia in Christo(IOC) Movement usage to be given to IOC Movement Administrators Board's members except the one that is mentioned before.

Brothers and sisters in the Lord Jesus Christ,
This Decree might cause you very much uneasiness and discomfort, however, after various situations that might harm the very person in the Office of Supervisor, actually this Decree is protecting the person and not an attempt of legalism nor as the escape route to deny the Office to particular person.
The consideration and drafting on this Decree is already been thought critically since November 2013 and is not made in haste or caused by confused emotion. From the very hand of the person dedicating prayers to Unity of Catholics and Traditional Latin Mass where our Lord Jesus Christ is really present, really there in the midst of us as His creation, that this unworthy Decree is drafted and then publish today.

Introduction.
This day(1st of January 2014) is a very blessed day to all of us Catholics and fellow friends who is inside and outside of IOC Movement, as we all are celebrating Octave of Solemn Christmas: Solemnity of Mary;Mother of God, by Rubrics of Venerable Pope Paul VI. Following the Rubrics of Pope Pius X and for Blessed Pope John XXIII, the Universal Calendar of the Church is for Solemnity of the Circumcision of our Lord Jesus Christ. Today as well, as did the Circumcision of our Lord Jesus Christ is the Old Covenant of His holy people, we are ought to 'circumcise' our own soul imbued with the New Testament: The Holy Sacrament of Baptism, where we are baptized " In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost." .

Part One: Dogma of the Most Holy Trinity; One God, in Credo.
"Credo" contained the Profession of Faith of the Dogma of the Most Holy Trinity on which it is consisted of Oneness of God in "Sh'ma Yisrael" and in The Most Holy Trinity of "Credo", where One God is three in Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

It is our great hope and from our deepest heart that today is proclaimed as the Day where this Norm of "Credo" is promulgated in our Highest Decree. We instill this throughout this Year 2014 and the future onwards, a Norm to be observed by all of us in order to save soul using our faithfulness as His Catholic Church. We have a Covenant between us; Baptized Catholics, with God in Catholic Faith to be His Mystical Body: One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church: the Catholic Church.
The weakness of us became obstacles indirectly towards this noble intention for all of the time in previous Year 2013, therefore, today is the day, and this Year 2014 is the Year it should be decreed.

"Credo" is the Most Profound Proclamation of our Faith where we are confessing, expressing, and steadfast in our Catholic Faith. Without "Credo", we are being no longer as Catholics, when we are started despising or neglecting this most ancient received Holy Tradition to all of us as Catholic. "Credo" that we meant here is the one that been confirmed and professed in Year 381 A.D during the Holy Dogmatic and Ecumenical Council of Nicea and later in Holy Dogmatic and Ecumenical First Council of Constantinople; known as "Symbolum Nicaenum"(Nicene Creed), and also highly acceptable is the Symbolum Apostolicum(Apostle's Creed) mainly used by Roman Church under the Holy Apostolic See of St.Peter.

"Credo" in its first sentence is “Credo in Unum Deum” which is the Main Catholic Prayer that is translated into English as "I believe in One God". We must firmly professing which God that we are truly believe? Which Saviour that has saves us until now; in a bloody and unbloody way? Which one is the hyspostasis of One Godhead that strengthen us as His New Tablet of Commandment; a living and organic Stone Tablet of His? Which one is the Only Church that our Lord Jesus Christ has established on Earth as His Mystical Body? Which Faith being the One True Faith that we are living right now? Which one would be really the Catholic activities or not? Which Lord God that we knew in the centre of us all while we are doing Holy Devotionals, and Charitable Programs in our Holy Mission?
We are receiving nothing new, it is indeed the same Catholic and Apostolic Faith that we have received.

Part Two: Unity in Catholic Faith by One True Faith in Credo.
To keep our Catholic Faith in the rightful place as One True Faith, he(St.Gregory of Nazianzen) has defended our Catholic Faith against heresies. This is the main reason for this Official Decree is to be implemented, to state our inner desires in Unity of Faith in IOC Movement in embracing fully of our One True Faith; the Catholic Faith. It is a very heart(Primo Cor Sponsa) of this Catholic Organisation in here at Sabah and Sarawak; the IOC Movement, that under her tiny hands that all Catholics seeking for the truths will be united under One Baptism, One True Faith;the Catholic Faith, and therefore is in One "Credo".

Therefore,
This "Credo" must be observed and said wholeheartedly during any Holy Mission of us approaching every soul; especially for our First Campaign of IOC Movement:

"To promote Traditional Latin Mass in Sabah and Sarawak (Borneo) ".

This "Credo" is already in effect universally by the Universal Church(the Catholic Church) even before this Official Norm of IOC Movement is mentioned on this Official Decree of IOC Movement, only that we are asked once again to observe the same Catholic Faith that the Holy Apostles, Church Fathers, numerous saints and martyrs have died for. In this same Holy Tradition that is passed to that both [Holy Dogmatic and Ecumenical Council of Nicea] at 325 AD and later in[Holy Dogmatic and Ecumenical First Council of Constantinople] at 381 AD, it is too must be proclaimed to the whole human creature of our authentic Apostolic Catholic Faith.

Promulgation.
Brothers and sisters in IOC Movement,
Now, this Official Decree has 'circumcised' your heart and mine to re-professing and re-proclaiming the same Apostolic Catholic Faith on which the New Covenant is in its entirety embraced by our body and soul. Therefore, before we are using Papal Bull Apostolic Constitution: Quo Primum, and Motu Proprio: Summorum Pontificum, for our Holy Mission, it is profoundly better for us to fix our heart by 'circumcising' it with "Credo" of Catholic Faith first and foremost: the Sign of the Cross, embedded into our soul, then we will able to see clearer that not only by promoting and installing Traditional Latin Mass should we need to give a due care in our Cause, there is more to it. It is the Holy Catholic Faith: preserves by Holy Tradition, Holy Scriptures and Holy Magisterium of Catholic Church.

Thus,
This Decree is enacted, decreed and promulgated, and is effective immediately starting today(1st of January 2014) towards our Holy Missions and thereby this Second Campaign of IOC Movement is named:

" Credo in Unum Deum: Patris†, et Fillii†,et Spiritus Sancti† ."

Conclusion.
On this great Solemnity day, while we are having this Decree, there are many holy people of God as an instrument of God in their Zeal towards God has been defending Catholic Faith to be passed to all of us; who is still living in this Year 2014. This Norm is already within us in this Catholic Organisation in here at Sabah and Sarawak; the IOC Movement, through her Constitutional Body that serving her; the IOC Movement Administrators Board.

We give thanks to our God the Most Blessed Holy Trinity; One God, through His Great Mercy in our Lord Jesus Christ; who has became our Good Shepherd all of this time in Year 2013, that we have started some of our Holy Mission in this lowly and humble 'abode' of us; both Office of IOC Movement Supervisor and IOC Movement Administrator Board.

We are grateful as well that all of us have been illuminated by the Faithfulness of God in preserving His Covenant with us through His Solemn Circumcision and His Solemn Holy Baptism. By that, He shows to us of how He is Zeal towards His Own Promise and His Covenant with His holy people. With One Real Truth; the Catholic Faith, "Credo" has made us becoming a faithful Catholics that is bearing the Covenant of Baptism after we received the Holy Sacrament of Baptism. For without His Holy Ghost, we are still 'blinded' by our own weakness. We welcome Him; The Creator Spirit, in our highest latria by "Veni Creator Spiritus" to be invoked for His tenderness in guiding us and inspires us in our Holy Mission(s).

May this "Credo" will become the 'Heart of Holy Mission' of everyone of us, be it in the Most Holy Rosary(and any Holy Devotionals), be it on "Imploring Sacred Music", and all of the Holy Mission. For without this "Credo", we are not able to move deeper: “Duc in Altum”, and to be enlightened by the fruits of the Holy Ghost in our Cause.

We, the IOC Movement, are very in grief and sorrow to see various report in a form of Articles, Images and Videos. What a great tribulation that a Great Nation like Philippines have to endures. Thus, we from IOC Movement formally send our condolences to innocent souls that demised, we also asking the Lord Jesus Christ our Merciful Lord to comfort the living, the survivors from the calamity. Be strong brothers and sisters, be full in strength. Many of us from here might be not able be there with all of you bodily, but we have you all there as the living 'guardian angels' of the Lord God to assist the voluntary charity workers and soothing the grieving heart of Filipinos; a children of God in Philippines.

Therefore,

IOC Movement declaring fasting and abstinence on 15th of November 2013(Friday). This is to be done in a good will and voluntarily, as it is on behalf of our effected brothers and sisters Filipino there. 

Personally from me the writer of this Communique, out of my own Official Office, I would like to express my sincere heart in writing this on behalf of whatever Position of mine in IOC Movement:

I'm deeply saddened until when I'm still eating well in here while suddenly I saw all of the testimonials of the victims be it from various manners of their demise and also from the survivors themselves; I'm struck straight to a very core of my heart until I'm crying. I continue eating with my cries all over my face for I know that I need to stay healthy and well so that this day will come for me to write this Communique. I didn't want to hear or perhaps I just simply will ignore every mocking over our decision to fast and abstinence on behalf of you all my Filipino brothers and sisters.

I'm currently ill and not able to swallow food very well because of my throat is swollen, but it can't compares to what happened to all of you. O how sorrowful this heart of mine for you all. Only God knows how you all keep calm and continue to work untiringly to discover and collect the bodies, cover the naked and also to those who is giving a new and fresh cloth to those covered in mud. O how great is your holy hands that you give more than you have, how graceful of your deeds that you sheltering the people that lost their home and their beloved ones.

Continuing this Communique,

We, the IOC Movement, declaring Public Prayer of the Holy Rosary for all souls in All Philippines right now, may they find their missing relatives and beloved ones, if they are dead, at least they will meet the deceased. O God, bless all of the coroners so that they might help many Filipinos to find their beloved one. O God, bless all of the charity workers there and donators all around the world so that they will be more generous and more in strength to be our hands and feet in devastated area in Philippines. May Your Church; the Catholic Church, will shelter them and provides aid to all of them in there.

May our Mother; Blessed Virgin Mary intercedes for our cause and our Communique so that it will reach all other souls to do the same.

Preamble.
Today, 27th of October 2013 is the Solemnity of Christ the King according to the Liturgical Calendar of 1962 Missal of Bl. John XXIII the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite, this feast is celebrated on the last Sunday of October. We; the IOC Movement, are celebrating this Solemnity of Christ the King by also starting a Series of Devotion and Prayers for the Shepherds of our soul; our Archbishop(s) and Bishop(s), and priests.

Part 2: Kingship of Our Lord Jesus Christ; Our Good Shepherd, and the Pastoral Care of our Shepherds.
Quas Primas; the Papal Encyclical, was signed and published almost exactly 90 years ago, on December 11, 1925. This coming December 11th, 2013 is the 88th Anniversary of the Quas Primas. There is a throne which shall never fall, there is a King who shall reign forever, there is the Kingdom which brings peace, not war; but Justice, not confusion; but Eternal Truth. This King is Our Lord Jesus Christ; True God and True Man, the same God of Old Testament and New Testament, on which He is Eternally Reigning:

[Men must look for the peace of Christ in the Kingdom of Christ; and that We promised to do as far as lay in Our power. In the Kingdom of Christ, that is, it seemed to Us that peace could not be more effectually restored nor fixed upon a firmer basis than through the restoration of the Empire of Our Lord.]

O Shepherds of our soul; Your Grace Archbishops, Your Excellency Bishops, and Your Reverendissimus Father, today Christ the King with His Throne has installed all of you our Shepherds of our soul to pastorally care on us as He; Our Good Shepherd and our Eternal King, did to us. Today as well, we recognized again the Sacred Tradition where you are called as “Alter Christus” and “In persona Christi”.

As St Ignatius of Antioch, our Bishop, and an Apostolic Father of the Church, wrote a letter to the Smyrneans:

[He who honors a bishop is honored by God. He who does anything without the knowledge of the bishop worships the devil.]

[Let no one do anything touching the Church, apart from the bishop. Let that celebration of the Eucharist be considered valid which is held under the bishop or anyone to whom he has committed it. O “Alter Christus” who live among us in Sabah and Sarawak and also through Holy Mission, let us further explore of the relationship or bond between our Eternal King with His servants Bishops and priests; through Him true Obedience is observed as well as towards His servants, for without His Kingship, we are ceased to exist. He who is reigning given His Authority to His Holy Apostles, and from His Holy Apostles that He has given it to their Successors; our Bishops and those whom our Bishops has committed it as well. 

[… He is said to reign "in the hearts of men," both by reason of the keenness of his intellect and the extent of his knowledge, and also because he is very truth, and it is from him that truth must be obediently received by all mankind. He reigns, too, in the wills of men, for in him the human will was perfectly and entirely obedient to the Holy Will of God, and further by his grace and inspiration he so subjects our free-will as to incite us to the most noble endeavors. He is King of hearts, too, by reason of his "charity which exceedeth all knowledge." And his mercy and kindness[1] which draw all men to him, for never has it been known, nor will it ever be, that man be loved so much and so universally as Jesus Christ.]

Part 3: “Alter Christus” or “In persona Christi”.
[My children, we have come to the Sacrament of Orders. It is a Sacrament which seems to relate to no one among you, and which yet relates to everyone. This Sacrament raises man up to God. What is a priest! A man who holds the place of God -- a man who is invested with all the powers of God. "Go, " said Our Lord to the priest; "as My Father sent Me, I send you. All power has been given Me in Heaven and on earth. Go then, teach all nations. . . . He who listens to you, listens to Me; he who despises you despises Me. " When the priest remits sins, he does not say, "God pardons you"; he says, "I absolve you. " At the Consecration, he does not say, "This is the Body of Our Lord;" he says, "This is My Body. "]

Without doubt that our holy Saint; St. John Maria Vianney is referring clearly to you all O our “Alter Christus” as not only as mere celebrant of the Most Holy Eucharist, but turn out to be “In persona Christi.” He Himself living in all of you, seeing all of you is seeing our Lord God Jesus Christ Himself.

It is becoming more convincing and strengthening our faith that you all are our “Alter Christus” when the holy saint describing further about the Office of “Alter Christus”:

[A priest, however simple he may be, can do it; he can say to you, "Go in peace; I pardon you. " Oh, how great is a priest! The priest will not understand the greatness of his office till he is in Heaven. If he understood it on earth, he would die, not of fear, but of love. The other benefits of God would be of no avail to us without the priest.]

Thus,
It is the truths originated from the Truth Himself that we who have our own free will shall submit to Holy Will of God; our true Obedience of Christ is closely related to His reigns on us. That is why it is truly, that all of you are “Alter Christus” and that is why as well, we are in our axiom calling the Heaven together with all the angels and saints, all the martyrs and holy men and women, to extol in our deepest true Obedience towards all of you; that we cry out “ Tu est Alter Christus” ( English : “You are Another Christ” / Bahasa Indonesia: “Engkaulah Kristus yang lain” ). It is He who is the Supreme Sovereign that even could revoke our free will and make us solely to live for His Holy Will. As Quas Primas proclaim:

[She uses them daily now in the prayers publicly offered to God, and in offering the Immaculate Victim. The perfect harmony of the Eastern liturgies with our own in this continual praise of Christ the King shows once more the truth of the axiom: Legem credendi lex statuit supplicandi. The rule of faith is indicated by the law of our worship.]
When we live no longer for ourselves, but for Christ, we have Eternal Life. The rules of faith which govern by our Lord Jesus Christ in our worship is under care of His servants on earth; Bishops and priests.

That is our final firm faith in our Lord Jesus Christ the King; who is the Eternal Sovereign that governing us through you O “Alter Christus”.
Therefore, by our devotions and prayers to our Eternal King, that we directs you all our “Alter Christus” to understand closely the greatness of the Office of “Alter Christus.”

Conclusion.
From this, we; the IOC Movement, launching our “Declaration to Call for a Public Devotion and Prayers for the Shepherds of our soul.” entitled “Tu est Alter Christus” calling all of our friends and family to have a Devotion and Prayers for our “Alter Christus” starting today, October 27th, 2013 until November 24th, 2013.

O my brethren, devote all this days for a devotions and prayers for our “Alter Christus.” on which we call them as Fathers; Bishops and priests. For all of this, we ask sincerely from Blessed Virgin Mary our Mother and Mother of priests, to intercede for us and for her “Another Son”.

Christus vincit, Christus regnat, Christus imperat! Amen.

A Letter of the Celebration of the First One Month of IOC Movement First Campaign, and the Feast of St.Anne; the Mother of "Kecharitomene"

Hessed we shalom,
Brothers and sisters.

Today(26th of July 2013) we, the IOC(Instaurare Omnia in Christo), celebrating our first One Month of our First Campaign that has been launched exactly a Month ago on 26th of June 2013.

Our glorious, noble and humble Campaign is:

"To promote Traditional Latin Mass in Sabah and Sarawak (Borneo). "

I would like to invite all of you to pray the Holy Rosary starting from today until the evening Saturday(27th of July 2013) at least One Mystery of the Holy Rosary.

We, the IOC ,inviting all people outside IOC and also IOC friends to join us in celebrating our First Campaign exactly a Month of that auspicious day. This day(26th of July 2013) is a very auspicious day as it is in conjunction with the Feast of St.Anne; The Mother of the Blessed Virgin Mary, or Memorial of St.Joachim and St.Anne.

What is so special and the significance of our One Month Celebration of our meek Letter of the Launching of the First Campaign of the IOC Movement? Let us see together why.

From a Sermon by St. John Damascene
[The home of Anne is set before us, that herein we may see an ensample both of married and of maiden life, the one in the person of Anne the mother, the other in that of Mary her daughter. Whereof one hath but now ceased to be barren, and the other is in a little while destined, beyond the course of nature, to become the Mother of the Messiah by a singular birth, specially designed of God to build up anew our nature. We can imagine, then, how Anne, filled with the Holy Ghost, with joyful and jubilant spirit, might have sung aloud: Rejoice with me, for out of my barren womb I have borne the bud of promise, and, as I have longed to do, I nourish at my breasts the fruit of benediction ; I have laid aside the mournful garments of barrenness, and put on the joyful raiment of fruitfulness ; let Hannah, the adversary of Peninnah, make merry with me, and join with me for fellow-feeling, in the singing of this new and unhoped-for wonder that is wrought in me ; let Sarah be glad that was joyfully pregnant in her old age. She was but a shadow cast before of my conception, even before me that hitherto have been barren. Let all the barren and fruitless break forth into singing, when they behold in what wondrous wise I have been visited from heaven.

Let all other mothers also, when they like Anne are gifted with fruitfulness, say : Blessed be he that gave their desire unto them that besought him! that gave fruitfulness unto her that was barren! that granted unto her that from her should bud forth the joy-bringing Virgin! Who, according to the flesh, was Mother of God, and whose womb was a heaven wherein he dwelt whom no place can contain. Let us also with them offer our praises to her that was called barren, but now is become the mother of a maid-child ; let us say unto her in the words of the Scripture : O how blessed is the house of David from whence thou art sprung! and that womb wherein God hath fashioned the ark of his holiness! her, by whom he was himself conceived without man's seed!

Right blessed art thou, yea, thrice blessed, whom God hath so blest as to make thee to bring forth, as his own gift, the babe Mary! Whose very name is highly honourable, out of whom Christ, the Flower of life, blossomed! A maiden whose rising is glorious, and whose delivery is worth more than the world. IOC Movement is similar with a baby girl where she is 'born' in order to serve the Lord Jesus Christ; the Word Incarnate.

Therefore,
IOC Movement must be like a child that is blameless and innocent. She is only speaking of Truth and act according to the Truth Himself which is our Lord Jesus Christ as the Way,the Life and the Truth(John 14:6).

Blessed Virgin Mary is our Theotokos(Mother of God) and thus it is important for us to know why she is declared Immaculate Conception when she was conceived from the womb of St.Anne.
Our Blessed Mother, Maryam(In Hebrew) is conceived by St.Joachim and St.Anne.

There are several debates about the adjective of Kecharitomene attributed to our Mother of God that she is also could be called as "Full of Grace" or "Kecharitomene". Language can never adequately translate another language with the same feeling, emphasis, rhyme,and idiom.

[Luke 1:28] Kai eiselthon pros auten eipen, "Caire, kecharitomene!, ho Kurios meta sou."

[Acts 6:8] Stephanos de plērēs charitos kai dynameōs epoiei terata kai sēmeia megala en tō laō

The term used to Blessed Virgin Mary is "Kecharitomene" perfect passive participle of "charitoo" [charitoo (verb) comes from the same Greek root of “charis” - which means “grace” and charitoó means to fill or endow with grace] or in other words: "Hail, one who has always been full of grace"

St.Anne, the Mother of Blessed Virgin Mary name is derives from the Hebrew Hannah, meaning "grace."

[When the Fathers and writers of the Church meditated on the fact that the most Blessed Virgin was, in the name and by order of God himself, proclaimed full of grace by the Angel Gabriel when he announced her most sublime dignity of Mother of God, they thought that this singular and solemn salutation, never heard before, showed that the Mother of God is the seat of all divine graces and is adorned with all gifts of the Holy Spirit. To them Mary is an almost infinite treasury, an inexhaustible abyss of these gifts, to such an extent that she was never subject to the curse and was, together with her Son, the only partaker of perpetual benediction. Hence she was worthy to hear Elizabeth, inspired by the Holy Spirit, exclaim: "Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb.]

From Papal Bull Ineffabilis Deus (Latin for "Ineffable God"), which defined ex cathedra the dogma of the Immaculate Conception:

"We declare, pronounce, and define that the doctrine which holds that the most Blessed Virgin Mary, in the first instance of her conception, by a singular grace and privilege granted by Almighty God, in view of the merits of Jesus Christ, the Savior of the human race, was preserved free from all stain of original sin, is a doctrine revealed by God and therefore to be believed firmly and constantly by all the faithful."

In Conclusion,

The Sermon of St.John Damascene is very important to be the evidence that St.Anne is barren and married once, until the Mother of God is to be born from her womb based on Protoevangelium of James. That the name of the Mother of Blessed Virgin Mary,St.Anne which is Hannah in Hebrew means "Grace" is clearly by no accident has supported the Dogma of Immaculate Conception that Mother of God; Blessed Virgin Mary, is really the "Kecharitomene"(Full of Grace).

Therefore,
The IOC Movement should be more prudent,strengthen our stand to be firmed in Faith and more confident to carry on and keep the zeal of Promoting Traditional Latin Mass in Sabah and Sarawak igniting by God's Divine Providence on today's auspicious day of our Mother of the Mother of God;the Mother of the "Kecharitomene".

Real affection towards our brothers and sisters that is being the Victim of Heresies of Religious Indifferentism.

In my personal thought I'm so sad and extremely in deep agony over a spreading heresies that is lurking in our neighbouring Country that promoting Religious Indifferentism for the sake of satisfying their own desperation. We, the IOC, knew their sadness, knew about their teary eyes and fear, and it is a major cause that causing them to fall into a very sweet and comforting lies disguised as 'tolerance' and also 'affection'.

However, we the IOC, could not let ourselves to be cheated and misled by the evil spirit.

We, the IOC, cannot pertain to that false tolerance,and false affection. For we have just now of our lowliest and unworthy Real affection towards our brothers and sisters that is being the Victim of Heresies of Religious Indifferentism.

Now, my brothers and sisters of the IOC Movement, in our Real affection whose Source is no doubt from the Lord Jesus Christ Himself and in the Holy Mother Church; the Catholic Church, as the Bride of Christ, please pray unhesitatingly and with the august heart of our all pure and loving Mother Mary, whom has embraces us; her sons and daughters, with her Motherly love that is also the same Motherly tenderness that our Lord Jesus Christ; True God and True Man, has received from her. That Motherly love directing us to her Son which has given us this 'hurting' Real affection that keep 'pounding' our deepest soul.

Let the other people call us crazy, let them spitting on us that we are mentally abused, let them blame us of having illusion of Grandeur, never mind my brothers and sisters, Speak the Truth that is born from our Real affection towards them.
